Arc on Horus Radar
Circle's dollar chain — stablecoin rails with a meme layer growing on top.
About the chain
Why Horus watches Arc
Arc is the Layer-1 built by Circle around USDC: gas paid in dollars, deterministic finality, and a design aimed at payments, FX and tokenised assets rather than at speculation. It is the newest of the four chains the Horus lists cover.
New chains attract two crowds at once — the builders who arrive with the foundation, and the traders who arrive with the first launchpad. Horus Radar watches both. A fresh Arc project followed by accounts that were early on Solana or BNB Chain is the earliest read there is on where that crowd is going next.
The projects below are the Arc checks the Radar owner published; more land as the chain fills in. Each page lists the accounts from the network that follow the project, with the list each one came from and a map of who among them follows whom. On a chain this young the map is small and readable, which is the point: you can see exactly which known names arrived, and in what order.

Questions
Why does Horus Radar track Arc so early?
Because the follower graph forms before the market does. On a young chain the first projects have few followers, so each known account among them carries more weight.
What kind of Arc projects get published?
Ones where the check said something — a cluster of known builders or traders among the first followers. Quiet results stay in the Studio.
Can I run an Arc check?
Yes. Paste the project's X profile after signing in; the check reads its newest followers and matches them against the Horus network.
