Terms of Service

1. Research only — not financial advice

Horus Alpha is an independent research publication. Everything on the Service — reports, briefings, charts, Radar results, tags, labels and commentary — is published for information and education only.

Nothing on the Service is financial, investment, legal, tax or trading advice, and nothing is an offer, solicitation, recommendation or endorsement to buy, sell, hold or otherwise deal in any token, coin, security, protocol, product or project. We do not solicit investment in any project, and we do not accept payment to promote any project.

Digital assets are volatile and can lose all of their value. Any decision you make is yours alone. Do your own research and consult a licensed professional in your jurisdiction before acting.

We and our contributors may hold positions in assets we write about. Material positions are disclosed per article where applicable.

2. What Horus Radar is and is not

Horus Radar reads publicly available follow relationships on X (Twitter) and shows which accounts from lists we curate follow a given profile. It is a signal, not a verdict.

Tags such as "Builder", "Trader", cluster names or seed levels are our own editorial labels. They describe how an account relates to lists we track. They are not a statement about a person's character, wealth, skill or intent, and they are not a rating of any project.

Data comes from third-party sources and may be incomplete, delayed or wrong. A result may be served from a stored copy up to seven days old. We make no warranty as to accuracy, completeness or timeliness.

3. Eligibility and restricted jurisdictions

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract.

You may not use the Service if you are located in, organised under the laws of, or a resident of a jurisdiction where the use of digital assets, or access to information about them, is prohibited or restricted, or where providing the Service to you would be unlawful for us (a "Restricted Jurisdiction").

Restricted Jurisdictions include, without limitation: Afghanistan, Algeria, Bangladesh, Bolivia, the People's Republic of China, Cuba, Egypt, Iran, Iraq, Morocco, Nepal, North Korea, Syria, Vietnam, the Crimea, Donetsk and Luhansk regions, and any country or territory subject to comprehensive sanctions by the United Nations, the United States, the European Union or the United Kingdom. We may add to this list at any time.

By using the Service you confirm that you are not in a Restricted Jurisdiction and are not a sanctioned person. We may block, suspend or delete accounts we reasonably believe breach this section, without notice.

4. Accounts

Sign-in is through Google. You are responsible for your Google account and for everything done through your Horus Alpha account.

Accounts are personal. Do not share, sell or transfer an account, and do not create more than one account to obtain additional Radar checks.

Free accounts receive a limited number of Radar checks. We may change limits, add paid tiers or withdraw features at any time.

5. Acceptable use

• Do not scrape, crawl, mirror or bulk-download the Service or its data, and do not access it by automated means other than the interface we provide.
• Do not use Radar results to harass, dox, stalk, defraud or discriminate against anyone.
• Do not reverse engineer the Service or attempt to bypass its limits, authentication or security.
• Do not use the Service in a way that breaks any law, including sanctions, securities and consumer-protection law in your jurisdiction.
• Do not present our research or Radar output as investment advice, or as an endorsement by Horus Alpha of any project.

6. Content and intellectual property

Our reports, text, designs, curated lists, tags and software are owned by Horus Alpha or its licensors. You may read and share links to our public pages. You may quote short excerpts with attribution and a link. Any other reproduction, or any commercial use, needs our written permission.

X profile data shown in Radar belongs to its respective owners and is displayed under fair-use principles for commentary and research.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Horus Alpha and its contributors are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, assets, tokens, data or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Service — including any trading or investment decision made after reading our content.

Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim or one hundred US dollars.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have breached these terms or if we discontinue the Service. Sections 1, 2, 6, 7, 8 and 10 survive termination.

10. Changes, governing law and contact

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the current version; continued use after a change means you accept it. Material changes will be announced on the site.

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Horus Alpha is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and disputes will be brought in the courts of that jurisdiction unless applicable law gives you a non-waivable right elsewhere.
